Steve is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years professional experience within a wide variety of organisations, both large and small, corporate, and family owned, public and private. He has worked at a very senior level within these organisations, most recently as Project Director for the PFI Project Company delivering the design, build and operate facilities at the RVI and Freeman Hospitals for Newcastle-upon-Tyne Hospitals. (project value £400m)
Steve worked at a senior level within Carillion plc, as both Account Investment Director to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and Ministry of Defence across a portfolio of £1.35Bn worth of projects across the country and prior to that, leading the delivery of £750m worth of new and improved asset management to the Government’s education estate, in partnership with South Tyneside, Gateshead and Durham County Councils and others, under the Building Schools for the Future initiative.
