Leon has undertaken the expert witness accreditation from Cardiff University Law School & Bond Solon (CUBS).
He is used to producing comprehensive advisory and court compliant expert witness reports and can act as party expert or single joint expert.
As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer he possesses extensive practical and academic knowledge obtained over a long established career. He uses these skills analytically to determine root causes and find workable solutions to technical problems and is able interpret and present facts in a concise way.
He was the founder of a leading Chartered Building Services Consulting Engineers in 2001 and is still a hands on design engineer that is still in practice and up to date with the latest technology, regulations and standards.
He has over thirty years experience experience as a building services engineer working on major developments in the UK and overseas.
Leon regularly carries out MEP surveying and reporting duties for clients on their existing services comprising:
Asset condition and pre-acquisition reports
MEP dilapidation claims
Technical feasibility studies
MEP commissioning and validation reports.
