Tender Phase

Ensuring programme meets tender and contract requirements;
Production of fully cost & resource loaded programmes in P6, ASTA, MS Project & Tilos;
Contract expertise on NEC3, FIDIC, JCT & others.

Pre-construction and Construction Phase

Setting up baseline planning programmes and establishing good practice reporting procedures;
