Pivotal member of the Southbank Place Construction Executive Team with leadership accountability for the design, procurement and delivery of all façade works at the Southbank Place Development (£1.3b construction value and £140m+ façade works value) which consisted of 2 office buildings, and 5 high-rise residential towers..
• Led and motivated a twelve strong team of Façade Design and Construction Specialists across all elements of the envelope project delivery.
• Provided input across key project stages including feasibility input during architectural design, value engineering and design rationalisation, off-site construction and testing, through to project completion.
• Oversaw the tendering process including selection, negotiation and contract award, and led ongoing commercial management such as variation negotiations, contractual disputes, project valuation and closure of accounts.
