Sam is a registered architect with many years’ experience in construction crossing design and implementation and also holds an MSc from King’s College London in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.

Project experience includes both public and private sector in the United Kingdom and Europe including schools, children’s centres, elderly care, hospitals, libraries to hotels, offices, apartment developments, waste transfer and waste to energy sites and one-off houses.

Sam has worked with leading architectural practices and also contracting organisations such as Mace. He is familiar with the JCT, NEC and FIDIC suites of contract and also all of the main consultancy standard forms in use in Europe.

  • Northwood, Dublin – £100m : Stage 1-2 Led masterplan feasibility study for a 600 unit scheme

Private Residential

  • Dunstable Road, Luton – £30m : Managed team to develop Employer’s Requirements for circa 200 unit scheme Worked collaboratively with Contractor during two stage tender process
  • Impact House, Croydon – £25m : Office to residential conversion comprising mixture of 235 London Plan and permitted development units,  Liaised with PI insurers and client to tailor appointment and novation agreement, Managed outsourced team producing BIM model in Vietnam

  • Press House, Neasden £15m :   One of the tallest Cross-lam timber buildings in the country, also with an intricate brick facade
  • Bensham House, Croydon – £11m : Managed team to develop massing design into proposals for circa 50 unit scheme
  • Sheldon Street, Croydon – £5m : 23 no. shared ownership and affordable rent units on a constrained site


  • Mixed-Use Development, Brighton – £100m : Multiple blocks comprising student accommodation, private and social housing, commercial and a dance school


  • Secure Headquarters, Slough – £30m :
  • CAT A & B Fit-Out, AXA, Redhill – £5m : 45,000 sqft fit-out including building envelope upgrades
  • CAT B Fit-Out, The Leadenhall Building, London – £2m : Employed by Contractor for a high-spec fit-out for a financial institution
  • CAT B Fit-Out, British Land, London – £3m : Employed by Contractor to develop construction information for 50,000 sqft fit-out to provide short-let commercial space
  • CAT B Fit-Out & Extension, Evergreen – London – £1.5m Employed by Landlord to refurbish staff breakout and reception area including relocation of a generator, Liaised other specialists and consultants to resolve details to maintain programme
